It is my aim is to assist learners in their studies through educating, training and development (commonly known as ETD) with regards to their career development needs.

In my role as an ETD Practitioner, facilitation is not seen as a once off intervention but rather as an ongoing process until the desired end result is achieved (i.e. competence in the subject matter being studied). With this in mind, various learning & retention skills are transfered during facilitation and contact with me is welcomed when the training intervention has been completed.

My facilitation sessions not only includes learning methodologies for a stimulating development process, it is conducted within the framework of outcome based education and adult learning principles.

I see learning as partnership towards success… Siyaya (…we are moving forward)!
